Welcome to Buxton & High Peak Golf Club      

Buxton & High Peak Golf Club is located in the heart of the Peak district, half way between Manchester & Sheffield and close to the centre of the beautiful spa town of Buxton. As one of Derbyshires oldest golf clubs, we have a history dating back to 1887. Our 2010 Captains, Mr Clive Boulton and Mrs Alison Hodson, continue the fine tradition set out by the clubs founding members over 120 years ago. The course has been likened to an inland links course with the 4th, 5th and 6th holes proving the point. The signature short par 3 8th hole can play from a wegde to a 3 iron depending on the prevailing wind, and the target from the 17th tee is Solomons Temple in the distance. Whatever your standard of golf, you are sure to have an enjoyable round at Buxton & High Peak Golf Club.
